This is what happens when you watch Julius Jones and T.J. Duckett for too long. We suspect James won't start immediately, but it could happen in time. Initially, he'll be a role player that will cut deeply into Jones' workload. James can still get what's blocked and is effective on passing downs, but he's an ordinary player now. This makes all three Seattle committee backs late-round fodder.

even though duckett was cut i would stay away from all of seattles running back. jones will most likely get the bulk of the carries but for fantasy football none of them will help your team much

</TD></TR><TR><TD vAlign=top colSpan=3>League sources tell NFL.com that Seahawks LT Walter Jones' (knee surgeries) season could be in jeopardy.
Despite the club's optimistic 4-6 week timetable for Jones, reporter Jason La Canfora says it "could end up being a much longer, perhaps season-ending situation." It definitely isn't out of the question. Jones has encountered complications from offseason microfracture knee surgery, is 35, and also has a bad back. Stay far away from Seattle skill players in fantasy leagues.
